While Soapbox Kids does its best, it cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reproduce the colours of our products. This may depend on the colour reproduction on your computer or mobile device.

From time to time items that are listed as in stock may in fact not be. Soapbox Kids apologies if this situation does occur and will contact you as soon as possible to offer you a refund, or discuss placing the item on back order for you or offering you a suitable alternative. Back ordered products take on average 3 – 5 days to manufacture.

1.    There are no fees applied to use of Gift Vouchers on your purchase.

2.    Gift Voucher are valid for 12 months from the date of issue as listed on the printed or digital copy of the gift card.

3.    Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash (except as required by law)

4.    Gift Vouchers may only be used in one transaction with the total value of the gift card used. Our system will be unable to process an order with a gift card if the total value of the order is less than the voucher amount.

5.    If your order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by credit card, debit card or PayPal.

6.    If you return products purchased using a gift voucher, the remaining balance will be credited on a new gift voucher to be used on your next purchase.

7.    Digital Gift Vouchers will be emailed to the recipient included in the shipping details of the order. Gift Vouchers are emailed on the next business day once the order is submitted. Soapbox Kids is not liable for delivery of a Gift Voucher to an incorrect or non-existent email address; this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

8.    Soapbox Kids is not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

9.    Soapbox Kids reserves the right to cancel a Gift Voucher if we deem such action to be necessary.

10.    Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Vouchers except for free shipping which is applied to Printed Gift Voucher orders exceeding $300

11.    Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a Soapbox Kids Gift Voucher.

12.    Shipping is applicable on Printed Gift Cards less than $300 in value.



We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us for any reason. For example, we may reject your order if we know or suspect that you intend to resell some or all of the products specified in your order as a part of a commercial business. You may only place orders via this website for private and domestic purposes.

We expressly prohibit purchases for resale and/or reselling any Soapbox Kids product as part of any business (including any on-line business) unless agreed in writing by Soapbox Kids.

All prices indicated in the online store include shipping charges to locations in the USA.

The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.

This contract is governed by the laws of the United States and such other laws which are applicable in the country where the consumer is resident.

Bespoke products will be made specifically to your order in accordance to the exact customer specifications as signed in this form. It is the responsibility of the customer to check all the details of the order are correct and suitable for their requirements, including sizes, embellishment, colours, payment, production, lead-time and delivery timeframes.


Our standard Bespoke lead-times are approximately 5 – 6 weeks.

In the circumstance that a Bespoke order is ready early, Soapbox Kids will contact the customer to offer an earlier delivery; the customer may accept but this is not mandatory.


We can offer a priority service of 2 – 3 weeks, attracting a 40% surcharge on total order value. If you require your order in 3 weeks, please select this option during the order completion.


Customers are invited to make an appointment to visit the Soapbox Kids US Showroom, located in Dallas, Texas, where the collection can be viewed, garments can be tried on, measurements taken and embellishments can be selected. This showroom consultation is available for a booking fee of $100, which can be applied as a credit to your final purchase.

We shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery because a courier cannot gain access to the delivery address or because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Once your order is ready, we will endeavour to send out all orders in 2-3 business days. Customers will be sent an email with tracking details once their order has been sent. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes. A person must be available at the specified shipping address to sign for delivery.

US deliveries are made using XXX (usually takes 2-3 business days depending on the area). If no-one is available at the address specified when the deliver is attempted, your parcel will be returned to the XXX dispatch centre and a card left with details of how to arrange a re-delivery – we recommend the customer must make time allowance for this as a precaution.

International deliveries are made using XXX (usually takes 3-5 business days depending on the area). We can offer customers the option of picking up their Bespoke order, at our Dallas showroom. Simply select the pickup option during the checkout when completing the order. Customers will be contacted via email when their order is ready for collection if the option of pickup has been selected.


We carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until you receive them.


An adult must be available at the address to carefully check the unwrapped product, sign and acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition.

Please report any defects immediately upon delivery to Customer Services.


The personal information that we ask of you is confidential. We do not give out or sell your email address, phone number, or credit card information to any other Companies or Institutions.

Every effort is made to ensure that the products that we supply correspond closely to the samples, images on the website, and any sales collateral. Unfortunately, due to variations in production runs, computer monitor screen differences and printing colour differences, Soapbox Kids cannot accept responsibility for slight variations in colour, embellishment or construction; imperfections and variations which we believe add to the unique features of our products, and most importantly to that of our Bespoke offering.

As an extension of Soapbox Kids signature collections, the Bespoke collection is hand-made to order and for that reason each garment will always be slightly different, a truly one-off premium service.

All garments are specialist dry-clean only.


Every Bespoke product is made to order therefore we are unable to accept returns unless faulty.

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, fit, colour, or differences in expectation. Please ensure sizes are chosen carefully as we are not able to return or exchange sizes.

If you have received your product and found it to be faulty please contact us immediately for assistance.

Shipping charges are only refundable is your item(s) ordered were faulty, unwashed and unworn.


If a customer needs to amend or cancel an order they are entitled to do so at any time up to 24 hours after your order is confirmed. That is, after the deposit has been paid and confirmation email received.

If a customer attempts to amend or cancel an order more than 24 hours after confirmation, we reserve the right to hold the non-refundable deposit and charge any additional costs incurred in relation to the order.
